Scott Uyeno

Scott posted 25 pictures to a flickr set including one of Sara James going up for 2,

and a nice action shot of Grace Mashore on point:

Michael Li

Michael posted 18 pix to his flickr set including a great 3-shot sequence of Kayla taking a charge. The middle shot got bleached out by the professional sports guy's strobe-light, but Michael saved it by making it monochrome:

He also posted several shots of the seniors post-game, including Jeanette and John Pohlen:

Baranduin Briggs

Baranduin, who works on weekends, took a long (long!) lunch-break to attend the game and put 36 pictures on set to continuous including a great shot of Jeanette getting a held-ball (or maybe a foul),

and one of Sara James getting hacked,

Dave Cortesi

We posted 23 pictures to a smugmug gallery, with a couple of action shots but mostly some very nice portraits of the seniors at the post-game talk:

Stanford at UCLA, 19 February 2011

Michael Li

Michael posted 24 shots of this game to his flickr set, including a jumper by Kayla (check the expressions in the front row of the band),

of Chiney being interviewed post-game,

and a nice head-shot of a relaxed Kayla savoring the win.

Baranduin Briggs

Baranduin tells the following story:

I sat next to a friendly UCLA fan during the game. "What year is #13?" he asked. "Freshman." I replied. "Oh. She looks so young, but she sure doesn't play that way" Later... "What year is #31? She just seems to be able to anticipate the ball!" "Also a freshman." He sighed, thinking, I'm sure, about the next three years. "You guys sure got some good players!"

She posted 36 pics to set to continuous including ones of #s 13 & 31:

Baranduin Briggs

Baranduin posted 35 shots to set to continuous, writing "The light at Galen is wonderful, so it was hard to narrow down the images." Here are a couple of teasers, but check out the whole set.

Nneka sez: 'What? You want this ball?'
